  They make a great cup of coffee and have some good eats available through Chef Ruiz on the go. It's a little bit too "cookie cutter coffee shop" for me to love the space, but I do think they've done a great job taking over for Downtown Latte. The prices are a tad steep.

  Great place and excited they are here. Coffees are all bright, light bodied and flowery. When asked, they said they would be rotating in new coffees monthly but after 4 months they've only introduced one new pour over and it is also bright. It's all personal preference of course, but they could really benefit from diversifying their coffees. I will keep checking in!
  
  UPDATE: I tried M&B's again the other day and just asked if they happened to have any darker roast coffee. They happened to have a bag behind the counter and were happy to prepare a cup for me. A house blend dark roast would be an awesome next step!

  Maddie & Bella's has an exceptionally friendly staff. While I was in for my first visit, several customers came in and were greeted by name.
  
  There is a nice downtown coffee Vibe with great morning sun coming in through the windows.
  
  There is a small variety of morning pastries available and a decent size coffee menu. They even have a simple sandwich lunch menu.
  
  The coffee I had was better than your average chain coffee. Not spectacular, but combined with the atmosphere and friendly staff, I would happily come back!

  Fair warning, this review isn't written by a coffee lover/drinker.
  The place has a very limited menu, so if you want to be there but don't want coffee, then you get to choose from a couple (literally, I think only 2) of their other caffinated drinks. I ordered a hot chocolate which was good but nothing to rave about.
  Similar sentiments were expressed by my friend who DID have coffee while there.
  Small selection of food, typical of what's found in coffee shops. We had a muffin, it was good.
  
  The place is small or a decent size for downtown. It has simple and modern tables and chairs - very minimalistic vibe. It's nice in that way but if you have chronic pain or if you just really wanted a comfy place to sink into for a bit. . .go elsewhere. The side of the store facing the street is all windows so it lets a lot of natural light in.
  
  The staff was really nice.
  
  This place could be really great or kinda ehh depending on what you prioritize and if you would like their style. Good luck.
